Can I apply for Australian PR with 60 points before 8 months of reaching age 25?

As the Australian immigration authority has increased the immigration score w.e.f 1st July 2018, you need to score the minimum of 65 points toapply for Australia PR visa. Earlier the minimum points were 60 to apply. Therefore you are now not eligible to apply for Australia Pr visa with 60 points.
